[Box Backup] Build under cygwin

I/we really should get more organized about creating and distributing a
compiled windows version. I am thinking that it should be set up on
sourceforge.net as a related project (BoxBackup for Windows), but I am not
sure how to do that just yet.

I like the way that OpenSSh for Windows is setup on sourceforge (
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sshwindows/ ), I think that it would make
a good template.

I am in the middle of moving, and will not be able to spend much time on
it until next month. If you (or someone else) would like to get started,
I would be happy to continue to provide the cygwin binaries.
