I get a slightly different error when LFS is enabled, but I think it's 
relevant. I had one bug, which is fixed. I'll be doing an new release 
later today when I've tracked it down, and we can see if that solves 
the problem.

The lib/raidfile test is complicated, because to test the failure modes 
I have to intercept functions like lseek and return errors 
occasionally. However, in LFS mode, things are changed behind the 
scenes. I'm working on getting with working properly, but the failure 
isn't quite the problem it seems.
