[Box Backup] high CPU usage

Hello all,

I know this was addressed in version 9, but I am still seeing 1 server
which locks up the main server because box consumes 99.9% of the cpu
load. I think this is happening (although more debugging is required)
there is a very large fie >2.6GB, on both server and client. And I think
it is getting stuck in the syncing of the file.

I realize this is a intensive task to calculate all of the check sums -
but is this expected behaviour - would it be an idea to set a low
process priority to try and address it that way - or is there something
more in box which needs addressing.
