[Box Backup] archiving the backup-store

I would just archive the store, and not worry about making sure it  
happened when the server was quiet. Data is written in an atomic  
manner, and even if you do get something a bit out of date it's  
nothing that bbstoreaccounts can't fix.

Try it, and see what happens.
