No new functionality, assuming that your existing version has working 
keepalives. However, it does have fixes for the bugs listed on 
[http://boxbackup.hostworks.ca/index.php/Known_bugs_in_the_Win32_client].

I hope so, but it needs more people to test it. I'm also working on 
getting the unit tests working on Windows.
