[Box Backup] Exception (1/9)

Hi,

I have boxbackup installed, and it worked for quite some time. lately it
stopped working, or at least, it stopped uploading files to the server.

In the logs I find

"Exception caught (1/9), reset state and waiting to retry..."

Any ideas on what might be wrong?
