[Box Backup] Help please with Exception: Connection SocketConnectError

Hi Ben,
thanks for your help.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how can I tell if bbackupd can 
connect?

We are behind a firewall, but I don't think it's in the way.
It blocks UDP traffic, but tcp is ok

Yes I'm running both bbackupd and bbackupquery as root

I haven't got tcpdump installed, but can do so if needed.
