[Box Backup] Is BoxBackup suitable for single files?

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for the prompt response. I suspect you are right regarding the  
suitability of Box Backup and I appreciate your suggestion of rsync.  
Further investigation is needed but it does seem to offer the  
"controllability" for my scenario.
