[Box Backup] Debian Etch tarball install HowTo complete

I've finished my server and client installs and configs, and my first backup 
is set to run at 1 am.

As promised, here is the HowTo I wrote up. I may tweak it a little more to 
fill in some additional details (i.e. additional explanations of steps), but 
the meat is there:
