This is pretty much the correct way to "fix" it (or just patch the
existing script from a new one).
The latest version of Box Backup introduced a new notification which the
old NotifySysadmin.sh script doesn't know how to handle, so throws an
"unknown error."
I think this has already been discussed on the list a few times. Perhaps
it should be added to the wiki, if it hasn't already. Let me know if you
need a wiki account.
