[Box Backup] Simple question about usage info

Hi Matt,
Note that Box can't really yet do what you are requesting (see the
Feature Requests page for things like snapshot and restore back to a
point in time). You just need to make sure your "Soft limit" is well
above your "Used".
Note also that the "100%" of the chart below is a tad misleading. You
were at 100% of your day-to-day quota (91%/90%=100+% of your soft
limit), so you were essentially burning up old and deleted files to
make room for your new files, even though the report says you were at
(only) "91%" Used.
(For me, I make the freeboard space between the soft limit and the
hard limit a couple of times larger than the largest file I expect to
upload (which is usually a 2GB Outlook.pst file), so I usually make
the hard limit 5-10GB higher than the day-to-day quota soft-limit that
I want to give a client.)
