[Box Backup] Failing in plain sight

OK, I know this is probably something simple but I can't find it.  I'm
running 0.11rc on both client & server on Debian Lenny and when I
force a sync on the client everything works without error.  The server
logs show the connection coming in and everything working fine.  The
only problem is there are no files being backed up.  I have it set to
back up the /root directory (for testing) and it never does anything.
:/

Please tell me I'm doing something stupid.  :)
