[IWE] Connection problem near z?

Z has disappeared for me.  Since I can't ping any of his servers, I
don't know if Greg will get an email to him.  Is anyone else having
problems?

Traceroute shows:

And stop there.  Googling for "network outage" etc. doesn't show
anything useful.  Isn't there a real-time map somewhere of net
activity/status?
