[IWE] UPDATE

What I've done in the past:

1) run squid at home
2) set up a tunnel via ssh that connects a local port to the remote
squid port
3) point Firefox at the local port for its http proxy.

Peter's right, though... there's not much I can do from the destination
end if they're blocking the domain.
