Billy has unclenched his fist just a little. XP still disappears in two 
weeks, but downgrading from OEM Vista is now allowed. This again was a 
letter addressed to the license managers, so I have no clue if this 
means that Vista's EULA was modified, or if they are going to pretend 
this never happened six months down the road and put the hammer down.
