I think that's much more damning than not being able to name a Supreme 
Court decision that you disagree with.  (Even though Exxon v. Baker 
should have been fresh in her mind, especially since she commented on it 
at the time.)  All of the plausible explanations of why she gave the 
answer she did are bad.
