[Xml-bin] CORBA Objects By Value (Valuetypes) version of DOM

I'm just adding a reference to another binary XML representation, for
the mail archive:

You also need to read up about Valuetypes in the CORBA specification
        <http://www.omg.org/technology/documents/formal/corbaiiop.htm>
to have a complete description of a binary format.

Granted, this is a different thing than what this mailing list aims
for.  Rather than a searchable, and navigable binary format, this is a
description of a serialization and regeneration of a DOM tree.
