When I do a natstat -a -n | grep 2201 there is nothign listed there and when I try to start the server, I get the same line I was getting (the header line when the server is started). Any more thoughts? :)

I would try to make sure the logging configuration is working properly,
so you will be able to see what is going on. Is syslog.conf reflecting
the changes suggested on http://www.fluffy.co.uk/boxbackup/server.html?
If you're still getting nothing in the logs, I would suggest building
the debug version of the server (see
http://www.fluffy.co.uk/boxbackup/trouble.html for instructions), and
running that instead. That should (hopefully) tell you something.
Thanks,
