Those are the 2 original locations that I tried to backup.  The reason 
I changed
it was because I wasn't sure if the first file it tried to backup was 
of a good
size, so I wanted to backup a controled env., hence the test1 and test2.

They do exist, c:\test1 and c:\test2.  I even changed the perms. for 
everyone to
Full Control in case it was a permission issue.
