Of course not, but a way to forcibly re-upload a without having to 
'touch' it is valuable. Preferrable I would like a way to tell bbackupd 
to check the files the same way that compare -aq does, and upload the 
files that differ.

Currently, if the first storing of the file in the backup fails in a way 
that is undetected, box does not seem to re-check and re-try. Not even 
by manual intervention.
