[Box Backup] How to move store to new machine

Mornin' Guys,

I used the windows zip linked at the bottom of
http://boxbackup.hostworks.ca/index.php/0.10
and the instructions at the bottom of:
http://boxbackup.hostworks.ca/index.php/Compile_on_Windows

When the service starts, the Event Viewer reports version
chris_general_564.

In C:\Program Files\Box Backup\, I see the pcreposix.dll, 61,563 bytes,
created Feb 9, 2006, modified May 5, 2006.

I backed up my C:\Program Files\Box Backup\bbackupd.conf, unzipped the
new client into a separate directory, copied those new files, and
pasted them into C:\Program Files\Box Backup\, saying Yes to many
overwrite warnings. (I got a handshake exception before I saw the
overwrite warning, then I got the regex exception after.) (I didn't
compile anything. I didn't run either of the 2 install* files.)

When I Terminal Serviced back in this a.m., I saw an application
failure or error box saying box backup crashed and do I want to report
this to Microsoft; I chose no. The service was running when I left it
last night, it is not running now. The Event Viewer says Application
Error, Reporting queued error, faulting application bbackupd.exe,
version 0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault
address 0x00000000. I notice that that event was logged right when I
logged in, not some random time during the night. Looking backward, I
see at 1:14 a.m. last night, I got Send SetClientStoreMarker, Receive
Success, Send Finished, Receive Finished, RegEx exception, File Stats 0
uploaded, then at 1:27 Service shutdown (that was me, I think, shutting
it down), and then 1:27:03, Application Error, faulting application
bbackupd.exe.

This is on Windows Server 2003 SE SP1. By the way, I got the same
regex error on my Mother's XP home box a few days ago (that's when I
installed the boost pkgs, but I haven't had the time to vnc-sc (a
really neat tool) back into her machine to follow up).

Thanks guys. I appreciate the effort. I gotta get everyone back up
and running ASAP.
