[Box Backup] local backups really slow

Don't know if relevant but we saw that with a large box repository
the default house keeping interval of 15 minutes (I think) did not
work very well and increased it to 8 hours instead. Then things
ran much smoother.

In bbstored.conf:

TimeBetweenHousekeeping = 28800

You may want to try it.
