[Box Backup] Log files not being backed up

Yes, set MaxUploadWait to something small and the files should be backed 
up after that many seconds, even if they continue to change.

If in doubt, try the latest development sources from chris/merge and set 
LogAllFileAccess = yes, that should tell you exactly why it decided to 
back up (or not) each file.
